How should I wash and care for my knitwear?
Follow the care label for that garment. Washing, drying and storage requirements depend on the fabric and construction. If a care instruction is unclear, contact us with the product link before washing.
How can I track or change my order?
Check your order confirmation and any dispatch email for updates and available tracking details. For an order or address change, email support@warmsweaterstore.com promptly with your order number. Changes may no longer be possible once processing or dispatch has started.
When will my order arrive and what does delivery cost?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours (1–2 business days), with estimated US delivery in 5–7 business days via tracked shipping. US standard shipping is $4.99 USD, or free on orders of $50 USD or more. These are estimates and delays can occur. How do returns, refunds and size changes work?
Request an eligible return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back. Customers normally pay return postage; contact us about faulty or incorrect items. After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days.
