1. About Warm Sweater Store
These terms apply to your use of warmsweaterstore.com and purchases from Warm Sweater Store ("we", "us" or "our"). Our store uses Shopify to provide its online shopping services.

2. Orders and account information
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review your items, sizes, delivery address and order total before submitting your order. Keep your order confirmation for reference.
Products are subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied or a material error affects your order, we will contact you about the available options. We will not increase an agreed order total without your agreement. Any payment for items we cancel will be refunded.
If you use an account, keep its access details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Prices, payment and promotions

5. Changes, cancellations and returns
Request an order change or cancellation as soon as possible by emailing our support team. We may be unable to stop or change fulfillment once it has begun. This does not remove any cancellation or other consumer rights that apply to your order.
