30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Garments must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

How to start a return

1. Email us to request a return: Contact support@warmsweaterstore.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please attach clear photos.
2. Receive return address and instructions: Our support team will provide the designated return warehouse address and return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can log your return authorization.
3. Ship and share tracking: Pack the item securely using a tracked shipping service and email us the return tracking number.

Return shipping costs and refunds

For change-of-mind returns (including size or style preference), customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Warm Sweater Store covers all replacement or return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
